He arrived on time for the consultation and for the actual work. He collaborated with me on my idea…searching out materials and creating a design for the window. Kevin’s skillful crew was very respectful and protective of my property, both inside and out. I couldn’t be more happy with the finished product!

After having my house painted recently, one of the painters alerted me to a water intrusion problem involving the lower siding boards along the entry path to my front door. The lower runs of siding were sponge like and soft to touch. The weather forecast was unusually dry for the time of year. I initially agreed to allow a known “jack-of-all-trades” to fix the siding problem. I had purchased and painted the replacement boards before he started. After removing some of the affected boards (and damaging the one above) it became apparent that the strand board exterior sheathing was also damaged due to the water intrusion. This was not going to be an easy repair. I was instructed to purchase some plywood and an additional run of siding so that the job can be completed. After doing so, the fellow failed to show up as scheduled. The area involved was now exposed to the elements and the rains would soon obviously arrive. I called several contractors listed through Angie’s List as usual. I either spoke with schedulers or left messages. One contractor told me that he could take care things in “two weeks.” This would not work. Then I spoke with Kevin Harris, the owner of Cascade Exteriors. Kevin picked up himself and asked me several questions about the problem. It was clearly obvious that Kevin was extremely knowledgeable and understood my desperation. Kevin assured me that he would be able to help me that same week as he was between jobs. He then asked me to take some specific pictures of the siding and send them to him by phone. He would then get back to me with a bid. After reviewing the photos, Kevin contacted me and provided me with a very fair bid. What is most notable is that Kevin did not in any way take advantage of my need to get the job finished promptly. Right on schedule, Kevin and his crew led by Fredy along with Rafael and Haime arrived at my home ready to start the repair work. They brought along their mobile shop.Kevin consulted with Fredy about what needed to be done. I was assured that things would be done correctly in every way so that water intrusion would not be an issue. It was very obvious to me that I made the right decision. Fredy and Kevin have years of experience. Watching Fredy work along with his crew was a wonderful experience. Fredy clearly enjoys what he does and is so highly skilled. They brought with them all the right tools for job (unlike the previous person) and knew exactly what needed to be done. Upon completion of the job, everything was thoroughly cleaned up. I was so happy with the outcome. The side of the house looked like it did 27 years earlier when I moved in. In some I could not be any more satisfied. I will definitely consider Cascade Exteriors first when replacing my windows in the not too distant future. Again thank you Kevin, Fredy, Rafael and Haime for a job well done. Do not hesitate calling Kevin if you need some work on the exterior of your home.

Very well. Team was professional, courteous, and kept me updated every step of the way. They also worked very quickly while not cutting corners. Having a front door replaced in December is never ideal, however they had minimal impact on my home. They not only installed the door, but swapped out my handles and locks and ensured everything was ready.

They did a fantastic job on our windows and siding. We initially received four quotes from different companies for 15 windows. The other three companies who came out and provided quotes took 2-3 hours to measure 15 windows and it was a high pressure sales experience. The opposite is true with Cascade exterior. Kevin, the owner, came out on time, quickly measured the windows, explained their process, how they really waterproof the exterior and was down to earth. He was in and out in less than 30 minutes and after meeting him I told my wife, if his quote is reasonable, we’re going with Cascade Exteriors. We ended up hiring Cascade Exterior since their quote was competitive and they were able to replace the windows and siding around the window to match our other aluminum windows. All other companies wanted to trim the new windows, which would have made them stand out unless we trimed the old ones as well. The crew lead by Freddy was always on-time, efficient, clear and detailed. The installation of the Windows and new siding was perfect. We couldn’t even tell that the siding was replaced and the windows are great compared to our old ones. We’ll definitely hire Cascade Exteriors again when we’re ready to replace our other windows or siding. I highly recommend you get a quote from them if you need Windows, Siding or ANY exterior work. The process was fast, efficient and no bull.

We are extremely happy with the work done by Cascade Exteriors. Kevin and Craig along with their crew knew exactly what they were doing. Did an excellent job and cleaned up everything as they progressed. Kevin also had his paint crew come in and painted the whole house. Again an excellent crew. All of Kevin’s employees are great.
